CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police responded to reports of a serious crash involving a pedestrian on Harrison Avenue Saturday afternoon.
Police say Austin Clift, 22, was driving a 2013 Hyundai Sonata down Harrison Avenue when he hit a 16-year-old crossing the street.
The 16-year-old was transported to UCMC, and remains in critical condition.
Police say excessive speed and impairment do not appear to be factors in this crash.
The CPD traffic unit is conducting an investigation, and any witnesses are asked to contact the department at 513.352.2514.
