DELHI TWP., Ohio – A 20-year-old woman was arrested after she punched a 2-year-old girl in the face, police said.
Connie Pottinger, 20, punched the girl’s mother in the back of the head and struck the child in the cheek while she was in her mother’s arms, according to court records.
Pottinger is charged with two counts of assault.
The incident happened Monday in the 4900 block of Delhi Road, police said.
