CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a 25-year-old woman on felony charges after her two daughters were found wandering alone in East Price Hill, according to Cincinnati police.

Mariah Sullivan, of Westwood, was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center on Saturday morning. She faces two counts of child endangering, a fourth-degree felony.

The girls, ages 1 and 2, were found without a parent or guardian near Roberts Paideia Academy at about 8:30 p.m. Friday, according to a police email. It took police hours to locate their mother.

Hamilton County Job and Family Services has custody of them, according to a police email. Sullivan is scheduled for an arraignment hearing Monday.
