GEORGETOWN, Ohio – Brown County deputies are looking for 36-year-old Calvin Jackson on attempted murder charges in a shotgun shooting Saturday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said.

Jackson is on the run after shooting Fred Lillie, 46, during an altercation, according to a news release. Lillie is being treated at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

According to the release, deputies and Ohio State Highway Patrol responded about 3:30 p.m. to a call that there was a wounded man at Grandma's & Grandpa's Carryout on US 68.

The investigation led deputies to a residence at 5918 Wells Goecke Road, and they determined that's where Jackson had shot Lillie.

Jackson is also charged with felonious assault.
