DAYTON, Ohio – An inmate at Montgomery County Jail is being charged for allegedly throwing feces at an officer, WCPO news partner WHIO reported.
The unnamed inmate clogged his toilet by repeatedly flushing a bed sheet in it, according to a police report.
The officer went to the area that was flooding to manage the cleanup when the inmate threw a soiled blanket, which struck the officer’s hand, according to the report.
The inmate then grabbed some toilet paper that was soaked with waste water and feces, and threw it at the officer, striking him in the face, according to the report.
The officer was sent to a hospital to be checked out.
Jail officials were investigating the incident and would determine any charges for the inmate, including possible felonious assault charges.
