CINCINNATI -- About 200 Hamilton County residents will receive a questionnaire in the next few weeks that will help determine where the murder trial for Samuel DuBose will be held.

The attorney for former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing, the man who shot and killed DuBose last July, wants the trial moved out of Hamilton County to, hopefully, ensure more objectivity. The questionnaires -- due for distribution on Aug. 23 -- will be one indicator of how difficult it will be to find a jury in Hamilton County.

"I want to know whether people have formed an opinion based on anything they've seen yet and whether that opinion is so ingrained in their minds that they're not going to change it no matter what the evidence is," said Stewart Mathews, Tensing's attorney.

Mathews previously confirmed that Tensing will testify at the trial, which is set for Oct. 24.
