CINCINNATI -- Police are investigating two sexual imposition cases in College Hill where women claim an African-American man in his 20s groped them while they were jogging.
The suspect was described as about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and light blue gym shorts.
The first victim told police the incident occurred while she was out jogging on Aug. 29 in the 6000 block of Faircrest Drive. The second incident happened to another woman on Sept. 6 on Hollywood Avenue.
