CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a man Monday who they said stole about $3,360 from Xavier University using stolen credit cards.
Xavier was denied payment from various credit card companies for charges 28-year-old Terell Lee made using stolen credit cards, police said in court records.
The purchases were made between June and October, according to court records.
Lee was charged with theft.
