CINCINNATI -- A strong smell is what busted 23-year-old Darius Dabney while in a Hamilton County courtroom Thursday for a disorderly conduct case.

The judge shouted out that he knew there was marijuana in the courtroom. He threatened to bring in drug-sniffing dogs if nobody fessed up to possessing the drug.

Dabney then pulled two bags fulls of marijuana from his pants, and court records state he said he had smoked pot immediately before entering the courtroom.

He pleaded guilty to contempt of court and spent the day in jail for it.
