CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a man accused of posting photos and videos of a woman's sexual encounter on her Facebook page.
Joseph Stringer, 34, of Harrison, posted the material to the victim's page so it was visible to numerous people, including juveniles, police said in court records.
The photos and videos were posted back in August.
Stringer was charged with pandering obscenity.
