CINCINNATI -- Police are investigating the death of 60-year-old Joseph Cartwright, who was found inside an apartment on the 2200 block of Rice Street at about 4:02 p.m. Tuesday.
The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit and the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
