CINCINNATI -- Police say a Milford man used his cell phone to film women using a hospital restroom and later claimed that cell phone as his own after reporting it lost to hospital security.
Daniel Schantz, 28, was arrested for voyeurism Friday after security officers from Bethesda North hospital obtained his cell phone and found multiple videos filmed in a women's restroom at the hospital.
A woman reported the cell phone to security officers. According to court documents, Schantz called hospital security 40 minutes late to report a missing cell phone. After he claimed the phone, Schantz was arrested.
Schantz is being held at the Hamilton County jail on a $5,000 bond.
