CINCINNATI -- Police have charged a man in connection with a fatal shooting in Winton Hills last month.
Pecota Lapsey, 23, stands charged with aggravated murder. He's accused of fatally shooting Hassan Rasheed inside a car on June 18 in the 6000 block of Winton Ridge Lane.
Lapsey is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
