CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police on Tuesday arrested a second suspect in a fatal shooting that happened in November in Over-the-Rhine.
Police arrested Ronald Morris, 30, on a murder charge in connection with the death of 25-year-old Mheid Abeid. Police previously arrested a 17-year-old on a murder charge on Jan. 27.
Abeid was shot at about 10:11 p.m. on Nov. 12 near Walnut and E. Liberty Streets. He died at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the shooting.
