PD: Man steals tools, clothes meant to help local homeless population

CINCINNATI -- Recognize this man? Cincinnati Police say he climbed over a temporary barricade at the Saint Anthony Center at 1615 Republic St. and stole construction tools, clothing and office supplies. 

The stolen materials were planned to be used to help the homeless and less fortunate, police said. The incident occurred at about 1:18 a.m. Aug. 27. The male fled the area in an unknown direction with the stolen items after staring directly into a surveillance camera.
