CINCINNATI -- A man shot multiple times Downtown has been taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in serious condition.
The incident happened at about 2 a.m. Monday in a parking lot across from the Duke Energy Convention Center at the corner of Plum and Fifth streets, police said.
