CINCINNATI -- One person was killed and another person was injured in a shooting in a West End apartment building Monday night, according to police.
The shooting occurred before 11 p.m. at Stanley Rowe Tower at 1621 Linn Street, Capt. David Fink said.

Robert Sims, 31, was shot and killed in the first floor lobby. The other victim was a man in his mid-20s. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center; his injuries are not life threatening.
