CINCINNATI -- A man was shot dead on the border between Northside and Mount Airy at about 1:12 a.m. Friday, police said.
Officers found 29-year-old Brendan Phillips' body in an alley behind 4451 Colerain Ave. near Ammon Avenue. The homicide unit was called to the scene to investigate.
