CINCINNATI -- A shooting victim died after police found him at the East Price Hill corner of Wells and Glenway avenues about 2 a.m. Friday, officials said.
Police identified the victim as 41-year-old LeBlond Oliver. Oliver died at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

This is the eighth homicide of the year in District Three, which saw 13 homicides in 2016.
