CINCINNATI -- Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting that left one man dead and another victim injured.
Michael Fitzgerald, 52, is facing a charge of murder and a charge of felonious assault in the shooting at 523 Oak St. in Avondale that happened at about 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Mike Carpenter, 37, was killed in the shooting. Another victim was driven to University of Cincinnati Medical Center in critical condition.
