CINCINNATI — A judge on Thursday issued a $5 million bond for the man accused of killing his grandmother.

Authorites arrested Cullen Kidwell, 21, at about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday and charged him with murder in the death of 79-year-old Anna Kidwell.

Police were called to 5473 Beechmont Ave. in Mount Washington Tuesday evening for a welfare check. When officers arrived, they found Anna Kidwell unresponsive and with "visible head trauma." First responders pronounced her dead at the scene.

It is unclear if the Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit is still investigating this case.
