HANOVER TOWNSHIP (BUTLER COUNTY), Ohio -- Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that left a married couple dead on Sunday night in rural Butler County.
Emergency crews responded to 3152 Morman Road at about 9:30 p.m. to find 61-year William Sandlin dead of a gunshot wound in the home's garage. They also found Michelle Sandlin, 45, injured with a gunshot wound and barely alive in the garage. She was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where she later died.
Investigators said there was no danger to the community at this time.
