Quran Palmer
CINCINNATI -- Police arrested 18-year-old Quran Palmer on Wednesday and charged him with murder in a shooting that killed 19-year-old William Thomas on Tuesday in Walnut Hills.
Officers said Thomas was shot at least once in the back at about 1:19 a.m. Tuesday in the backyard of 739 Oak St.
Palmer has also been charged with a tinted window violation. He will appear in court Thursday morning. Friends and family are holding a vigil for Thomas at 6 p.m. Friday at Oak Street and Stanton Avenue in Walnut Hills.
