Pair indicted on rape charges involving three children

CINCINNATI -- A grand jury indicted two people Monday in connection with the rape of three children over the course of 14 years, according to court documents. 

Herman See, 49, and Angela Stites, 43, were indicted on multiple charges of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition. See and Stites began engaging in sexual contact with at least one of the children in January 2001, court documents said, and they engaged in sexual contact with at least one of the children in April 2015. 

At one point in time, one of the children involved was under 10 years old. 

See was indicted on 19 counts of rape, three counts of sexual battery and gross sexual imposition. 

Stites was indicted on seven counts of rape, four counts of endangering children, four counts of complicity to rape, three counts of complicity to sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.       

See and Stites are being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
