CINCINNATI -- U.S. Marshals arrested two men Monday in connection to the fatal shooting of a Covington man Saturday.

Michael York, 26, and Gregory Siffel, 29, have each been charged with murder in the death of 25-year-old Tyler Ryan.

Ryan was found dead from gunshot wounds at about 7 p.m. Saturday in a front yard in the 100 block of Deer Trace Drive in Walton, Kentucky, according to Boone County deputies.

Deputies previously said the shooting may have been related to a drug deal.

A neighbor who called 911 said two men drove away from the scene Saturday night; their vehicle's headlights were turned off until they were about halfway down the street, he said.

The neighbor also said he recognized one of the men from his frequent visits to the home.

"He's always here, always here for about 10 to 15 minutes," he told a 911 operator.

Marshals took York and Siffel into custody without incident late Monday afternoon in Cincinnati, according to deputies. Both are being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center pending extradition to Kentucky.
