MIDDLETOWN, Ohio – U.S. Marshals arrested a fugitive wanted on a murder charge out of Detroit Wednesday.

Timothy Terry, 43, fatally shot a man, Rehk Imhotep, outside a Home Depot in Detroit last year, police said.

Imhotep, 42, was a contractor who moved to Detroit from Virigina because he was excited about revitalization efforts going on there, WCPO sister station WXYZ reported.

The U.S. Marshals’ SOFAST unit in Cincinnati located Terry in the 1100 block of Garfield Street in Middletown. He was being held at the Butler County Sheriff’s Office pending extradition back to Michigan.
