Gragston became upset while waiting for assistance, the news release said, and damaged 12 door glass panels, two bulletin boards, a wall-mounted computer screen and an ATM using a trash can and piece of metal from a cart located in the lobby.

While being booked at the justice center, Gragston is also accused of assaulting a deputy, the sheriff’s office said.

Gragston is charged with vandalism and assault. He’s scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at 9 a.m.
