CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a man who they said broke into a Colerain Township business Sunday.

Scott Meadows, 46, broke into Midwest Stone Scapes on Blue Rock Road and stole items, police said in court records.

Business owner Ryan Davis estimated the stolen tools and other items were worth more than $10,000. When he arrived for work Monday with crews ready to go out to jobs, they didn't have the tools they needed, he said.

"I'm so disgusted over the whole thing," Davis said.

The break-in during the early morning hours of June 11 was caught on surveillance camera. A man can be seen breaking into a door and then removing tools off shelves and bringing them to a car outside.

"It's very depressing," Davis said. "We work a lot of long hours ... you put all this time in and then you watch a video like that and, 'Why am I even doing this?'"

Police arrested Meadows Friday. He was charged with theft and breaking and entering.
