CINCINNATI -- One person was shot in Evanston Monday afternoon.
At least two vehicles were struck in the shooting at about 4:15 p.m. in the 1500 block of Merrimac Street near Woodburn Avenue. Police were searching for a third vehicle.
The victim, a 22-year-old man, was shot twice. He was treated at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center for injuries that were not life-threatening after someone drove him there, police said.
Police were searching for a black four-door sedan with dark tinted windows and Illinois tags. They asked that anyone with information call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
