CINCINNATI -- Police charged 42-year-old Raymar Cooper with murder Thursday night after a fatal stabbing in Oakley.
The stabbing occurred near the intersection of Isabella and Markbreit avenues, according to Lt. Steve Saunders, and claimed the life of 64-year-old Wesley McCants.
Court documents indicate Cooper had previously faced charges for possession of crack cocaine and stabbing another man over a drug deal.
