SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A medical emergency led to the arrest of a Sycamore Township man who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl, the Journal-News reported.

Scott Kravetsky, 24, was charged with sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Kravetsky said he met the juvenile on the social media site omegle and made arrangements to pick her up in Middletown and take her to his residence, the release said.

"I picked up a girl and things moved real quick," Kravetsky in a 911 call.

While at his residence, Kravetsky gave the teen alcohol and engaged in sexual conduct with her, the release said.

When the girl had a medical emergency, paramedics and law enforcement were called. That’s when the girl told police about the sexual incident and Kravetsky was arrested.

Kravetsky said he thought the girl was an adult and she didn't tell him otherwise.

Because of how Kravetsky met the girl, investigators believe he has participated in “this type of behavior” before, according to the release.

Anyone with information or knowledge of Kravetsky’s activities is asked to call the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Section at 513-825-1500 or Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
