GEORGETOWN, Ohio — Authorities arrested a man Wednesday in connection to a December death.

Chris Boone was found dead outside his Georgetown home on Dec. 2, according to police.

An investigation led authorities to 32-year-old Ludlow, Kentucky, resident Michael Mason.

Georgetown police, along with authorities from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations, Ludlow police and U.S. Marshals, arrested Mason without incident Wednesday. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs and trafficking in fentanyl.

Mason is being held in the Kenton County Detention Center pending extradition to Brown County, Ohio.
