CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati police are investigating a fatal shooting in Lower Price Hill.
The victim, James Stephens, 27, was shot multiple times in a white four-door sedan shortly before 10 p.m., Lt. Tim Brown said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene on Neave Street near Staebler Street.
