CINCINNATI -- A 40-year-old man was fatally shot early Sunday in Roselawn.
Officers were called to Dawn Road at Crest Hill Avenue, near Roselawn Condon Elementary School, just before 3 a.m.
Joe Early had already died of his injuries when they arrived, according to the Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit.

The police department didn't have any information about a suspect to release Sunday afternoon.
