CINCINNATI -- A 27-year-old man died Tuesday morning after he was shot in the city's Winton Hills neighborhood.
Officers found James Tamplin suffering a gunshot wound on Winneste Avenue near Dutch Colony Drive at about 3:50 a.m. He was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, but he died of his injuries later in the morning.
The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating.
