TURTLECREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- An inmate who jumped the fence and escaped from the Warren County Community Correctional Center Tuesday afternoon was apprehended later that night, according to the Journal-News.
A news release said 34-year-old Mark A. Hokanson, who was sentenced to time in jail after being convicted of drug possession, fled north from the facility in green pants and a green uniform shirt shortly after being admitted.
