CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police are investigating after a man said he was cutting the grass and found human remains in a yard in East Price Hill on Wednesday.
The Criminal Investigations Section is conducting a death investigation in the 700 block of Elberon Avenue, police said.
The Hamilton County Coroner's office is assisting with the investigation.
