Four women — two in Ohio and two in Kentucky — were charged with prostitution-related offenses Friday after a trio of raids on area massage parlors.
Thirty-two-year-old Lu Luo and 51-year-old Liangzhen Zhang both of Green Township, Ohio, were arrested in a joint operation involving Green Township police, Cincinnati police, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security investigators. Each faces misdemeanor charges of prostitution and solicitation.
According to a news release from the sheriff’s office and Green Township police, the pair were arrested after raids on Assol Foot Spa Foot and Body Massage and Zen Asian Spa.
In Burlington, Kentucky, 54-year-old Zhiming Bowser and 60-year-old Maohua Li were arrested at LuLu Massage. Both were charged with promoting prostitution.
The two investigations remain ongoing, according to police.
