CINCINNATI -- The prosecution and defense in the murder trial of Ray Tensing delivered opening statements Tuesday after jurors visited the street where Sam DuBose was shot and killed in July 2015.
The 12-person jury, selected with surprising speed Monday, reported Judge Megan Shanahan's courtroom, then boarded a bus to visit Thill, Rice and Valencia streets in Mount Auburn.
