CINCINNATI -- Ray Tensing took the witness stand in his murder trial Tuesday morning to try and make his claim that he feared for his life and that his shooting of Samuel DuBose was justified. Prosecutor Joe Deters cross-examined him.
The prosecution then rested its case.
