CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a woman Tuesday who they said hit a man with a car while driving under the influence of heroin in August.
Heather Collins, 30, of Villa Hills, Kentucky, was driving on Warsaw Avenue with a suspended Indiana driver's license when she hit a man, causing serious physical harm, police said in court records.
Collins was under the influence of heroin "and multiple other drugs," police wrote.
She's facing charges of aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault.
