A police chase through Mount Healthy and North College Hill ended with a crash and a man in handcuffs.
Police say they witnessed a driver failing to maintain lanes on the Ronald Reagan Cross-County Highway. The driver did not stop when police tried to pull him over; instead he exited the highway at Hamilton Avenue and struck a black SUV near the ramp.
However, that crash didn't stop the suspected drunken driver. Police say he continued about two miles south on Hamilton Avenue before losing control on Cary Avenue and striking a parked white Toyota that careened into another car.
Police have not released the man's identity, but he faces charges of OVI, felony fleeing, driving without a license and failing to maintain lanes.
