CINCINNATI — Police have identified the man who was shot and killed in Winton Hills late Friday night.
Someone shot and killed 22-year-old Jason Herring at about 11:57 p.m. outside an apartment complex on Bettman Drive, police said. Police found Herring dead inside a vehicle.
No arrests have been made, and no suspect information has been released.
