CINCINNATI — A man in his 20s died in a shooting in East Westwood Monday morning, according to Cincinnati police. Police found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He later died at the hospital.
Police identified the victim as 29-year-old Deshawn Phillips.
Phillips was found shot in the area of Baltimore and McHenry avenues at about 10:03 a.m., according to Cincinnati police.
