CINCINNATI — Police on Wednesday arrested a pair of suspects in the 2016 murder of a young mother caught in a rolling gun battle.

Mario Gibson, 36, and Akyame Daniels, 26, each stand charged with murder, aggravated murder and felonious assault in connection to the death of 24-year-old Iesha Williams, who was fatally shot while driving Jan. 15, 2016.

Police then said they believed the intended target had been her passenger, who fled the scene.

Williams had three sons. Neighbor Dwight Price described her as “a good young lady,” and family members said she had a happy, caring personality.
