WALTON, Ky. -- Boone County detectives say they know the photo isn't great, but they hope it can help them find a murder witness.

The man, whose face is only half visible in the photo, may have been near Deer Trace Drive when Tyler Ryan was fatally shot Saturday night, the sheriff's office said. Ryan, 25, was found dead in the front yard of a home at about 7 p.m. Saturday.

Two men -- Michael York, 26, and Gregory Siffel, 29 -- each have each been charged with murder.

Marshals took York and Siffel into custody without incident late Monday afternoon in Cincinnati, according to deputies.

Both were being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center pending extradition to Kentucky.

A neighbor who called 911 said two men drove away from the scene Saturday night; their vehicle's headlights were turned off until they were about halfway down the street, he said.

The neighbor also said he recognized one of the men from his frequent visits to the home.

"He's always here, always here for about 10 to 15 minutes," he told a 911 operator.

Deputies previously said the shooting may have been related to a drug deal.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040 or Detective Jeff Miles at 859-334-8476 or jmiles@boonecountyky.org.
