HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead on a Lincoln Heights street early Friday morning, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said 41-year-old Kerwin Heard, of Wyoming, had injured his head and was lying on the south side of Van Buren Street near Douglas Avenue at about 2:06 a.m.
“It is believed that Mr. Heard was either struck by, or fell from a motor vehicle,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
The Sheriff’s Traffic Safety Unit and Criminal Investigations Section are investigating.
