CINCINNATI — Two local CEOs will serve on the president's economic recovery task force, the White House announced Wednesday.

Rodney McMullen, with the Kroger Co., and David Taylor, with Procter & Gamble are two of dozens of business leaders tapped by President Donald J. Trump to sit on his Great American Economic Revival Industry Groups. McMullen will sit on the retail group, and Taylor will sit on the health care group.

The leaders will collaborate on recovery solutions across 16 industries from agriculture to manufacturing to sports. View the full list here.

Kroger is the country's largest grocery chain, and Procter & Gamble markets a large share of consumer health, personal care and hygiene products. Both companies are deemed essential during the current coronavirus pandemic.
