The world lost two beloved entertainment icons this week: Musician David Bowie and actor Alan Rickman both lost their very private battles with cancer.
Bowie transcended music, with his influence making a major impact in the world of high fashion. And out of Rickman's numerous roles over the years (mostly as the bad guy), he'll be best remembered for his turn as Severus Snape in the film adaptations of the "Harry Potter" franchise.
