The retrial of former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing is sure to dominate the news, but Judge Leslie Ghiz has ordered restrictions against the media during the trial. These include restrictions on electronic recording devices in the courtroom and access to jurors' questionnaires.
WCPO and other local media outlets have filed complaints against Ghiz and the restrictions.
